FAQs

HOW DO I ORDER TICKETS?

Tickets may be ordered beginning November 1, 2024, at noon at www.westsisdechristmas.org.

HOW MUCH DO THE TICKETS COST?

Ticket prices are $6.00, $11.00, and $16.00 each, depending on the seat location in the Worship Center. A small processing fee will be added to each ticket purchased. Ticket Purchase Protection may also be added to your ticket order for a small fee at the time of your purchase.

HOW CAN GROUP TICKETS BE RESERVED?

All tickets will be available November 1, 2024, at NOON and can be purchased at www.westsidechristmas.org. Tickets are not available before November 1 at noon. To obtain tickets for a group order early! Tickets are sold on a first come-first served basis and each seat is reserved.

IS THERE AN ALTERNATIVE WAY TO ORDER TICKETS?

All tickets are available for purchase online at www.westsidechristmas.org. Tickets are not available at Westside Church except for Sunday morning, November 3, 10, 17, before and after service times only. A ticket purchasing kiosk will be open at the Information Center in the main foyer of the church for those who do not have computer access. Tickets may only be purchased with a credit card. Ticketing personnel will be available to help you complete your purchase.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN/CHANGE MY TICKETS?

During checkout you may choose to add Purchase Protection to your order. For a small percentage of your total purchase price you may receive a refund if you are not able to use your tickets due to unforeseen circumstances (medical emergencies, injury, and more). Please submit a claim directly to Purchase Protection and they will determine your refund. Westside Church is not able to issue a refund for any reason.

Tickets can be exchanged. Should you find that you purchased tickets for the wrong day or would like to switch to different seats, please email tickets@westsidechurch.reamaze.com with your ticket confirmation number. You will then be issued a voucher (like a gift card) to use towards a new purchase. Tickets cannot be refunded because they were purchased for the wrong day, but you can receive the voucher to repurchase new tickets. Vouchers are not associated with Purchase Protection.

HOW DO I SHOW MY TICKET AT THE DOOR?

After completing your purchase online you will receive a confirmation email with your tickets. From there you can choose to text them to yourself (or someone else in your party!) or print them for your ease. You may also check in at the Will Call counter in the main foyer and our staff can look up your oder to scan your tickets. We scan every ticket upon entry so please make sure you have each ticket’s unique QR code ready and available.

IS THERE PARKING FOR TOUR BUSES?

Please email christmas@wchurch.tv to let us know you have a large group coming and need accommodations for tour buses. We will be able to send you instructions and alert our parking team of your arrival.

IS THERE A PRESENTATION FOR THE DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING?

Thursday December 5, 7:00 pm, will be interpreted and has been designated as the presentation for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. December 5 is our final dress rehearsal and is not open to the public. We have designated it “Ministry Night” and have invited ministries from around the city of Omaha to come and enjoy a presentation. To obtain access for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing reserved section please click HERE. A section in the auditorium will be reserved for the Deaf and Hard of hearing but choosing specific seats for this presentation is not possible. Each person attending must register and seats are limited. Seating for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing will be done on a first come first served basis - seating will not be reserved within the allotted section.

IS THERE AN ELEVATOR TO THE BALCONY?

There is not an elevator that will access balcony seating. Seating on the main floor is imperative for those who are not able to use stairs.

IS THE CHURCH ACCESSIBLE TO WHEELCHAIRS?

Yes, the church building and entrances on the east and west sides are accessible to wheelchairs. Handicap parking is available in both the east and the west lots. Wheelchair seating is available in Sections E and F, Row M ON THE MAIN FLOOR for all presentations. There is NOT an elevator to balcony seating that will accommodate wheelchairs or those who cannot navigate stairs. Once entering the doors our greeters and ushers can help accommodate your needs. Please note wheelchairs may not be positioned in the aisles or any other sections of the auditorium.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE HANDICAP SEATING?

To purchase accessible seating email christmas@wchurch.tv to obtain the seat access code for handicap seating. In consideration of others, please only purchase two handicap accessible seats in Row M (one handicap accessible and one extra so no one must sit alone) and choose seats close by for the rest of your party. All chairs in our handicap row are removable to accommodate wheelchairs.

DO CHILDREN OR INFANTS NEED A TICKET?

If a child is under two years of age and will sit on the lap of an adult for the entire presentation, they do NOT need a ticket. Please note that children will not be allowed to sit on the floor in any part of the auditorium, or in an aisle, at any time. There are way too many animals, dancers, actors, etc. in the aisles throughout the presentation. We love your children too and want them to be safe!

IS THERE NURSERY OR CHILDCARE AVAILABLE DURING ANY OF THE PRESENTATIONS?

We do not offer nursery or childcare for any of the presentations. Our pageants are child friendly. However, if your child/children need a break, you can continue to view the presentation on one of the monitors located in the hallway or in the designated CRY ROOM just off the main foyer.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE PRESENTATION?

Please be in your seat, ready for the presentation to begin before 3:00 pm or 7:00 pm. We attempt to begin the show ON TIME and need everyone seated for the opener! If you arrive later, you may not be seated until a ‘break’ in the action.

ARE THE SEATS ASSIGNED?

YES! You will receive a reserved seat in the Worship Center for every ticket ordered!

WHEN DO THE DOORS OPEN FOR SEATING?

The doors to the church and Worship Center open one hour prior to each presentation, 2:00 pm or 6:00 pm.

HOW LONG DOES THE PRESENTATION LAST? IS THERE AN INTERMISSION?

Please allow 1 ½ - 2 hours for the presentation. To maintain the flow of the pageant we do not have an Intermission.

WHERE IS WESTSIDE CHURCH LOCATED?

Westside Church is located at 15050 West Dodge Road, Omaha, NE, 68154. Westside is on the northwest corner of 150th & Dodge.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Once you arrive at Westside Church, please follow our parking lot attendants. They will assist you in finding a parking space.
